I have worked with five or six realtors over the course of my life, but I have never worked within anyone that was as diligent, thorough and as genuinely nice as Devon. It is clear that he cares about you personally whether you are buying or selling. He is not just in it for the buck. He is honest and he is knowledgeable and knows how to solve problems with the sale or purchase and you can count on him to follow through on all the details and in a timely manner. My wife and I have bought and sold two homes with the assistance from Devon. I have also referred him to close friends who have bought/sold their own homes. Devon brings a true family-first approach to the entire process. Devon was upfront with all costs and carefully explained everything so we could clearly understand what was going on. Devon isn’t afraid to tell you if something seems off or like a risky deal, huge respect for this. There were countless homes we visited on short notice and had our kids with us, Devon wasn’t phased.
